Learn what the rich practice of Yoga is all about. This class series will feature practice and learning. Those students who have dabbled in yoga and students starting at square one are encouraged to attend. People ask, do you have a “beginner, beginner” class? This is it! You can expect:
Fundamental instruction of poses including vocabulary, safety and alignment
Philosophy behind the physical practice
Introductory meditations
Basic breath work (pranayama)
Greater self-awareness
